The finding recorded by the learned Trial Court against appellant – accused No.2 – Mukesh that he also dragged the dead body and thrown into the courtyard of the deceased is not supported by any evidence. Conviction and sentence of appellant – accused No.2 – Mukesh is hence unsustainable.
