The presumption of innocence prior to a verdict by the criminal court become strengthened with an acquittal rendered by the Trial Court. The High Court would be slow to interfere with an acquittal, particularly, if the view taken by the Trial Court is one of the two views possible and it is not perverse.Accused acquitted.
